This class will teach you many of the fundamentals of French patisserie. You will learn how to make choux pastry, two different types of shortcrust pastry, a mirror glaze, mousses, and crème pâtissiére. 

You will take home various delicious tarts (see below for details of each), and choux pastry creations too.

This class is ideal for anybody new to patisserie, but ideally you will have a little baking experience. You don't need to be a pro, just a home cook is fine, but it's not aimed at complete beginners who have never picked up a wooden spoon before!
