PATISSERIE CLASS
This class will teach you many of the fundamentals of French patisserie. You will learn how to make choux pastry, two different types of shortcrust pastry, a mirror glaze, mousses, and crème pâtissiére.

You will take home various delicious tarts (see below for details of each), and choux pastry creations too.
​
This class is ideal for anybody new to patisserie, but ideally you will have a little baking experience. You don't need to be a pro, just a home cook is fine, but it's not aimed at complete beginners who have never picked up a wooden spoon before! As with all our classes, you can pay in instalments if you prefer, please contact us to arrange this.
