This sugar flowers class is ideal for complete beginners, or for those with some knowledge of sugar flowers who would just like to expand their repertoire, and will teach you how to make these beautiful spring blooms. You will make cherry blossom, daffodils, forget-me-not and daisies. You will learn how to make simple flowers that create a real impact when placed on a cake.

You will leave the class with new found skills so that you can recreate the flowers at home, and a beautiful box of flowers. All equipment needed for the class will be provided for you. We will cover as many of the flowers listed as possible during the time, but what we are able to cover will very much depend on the speed of all students and we will never rush anybody.
