BASIC BAKING CLASSES
Start the new year with confidence in the kitchen!
These fun, hands-on beginners’ classes are perfect for anyone who’s new to baking or wants to finally understand what makes a cake rise, stay soft, and taste amazing every time.
We’ll go back to baking basics — learning how each ingredient works, how to mix and bake for perfect results, and how to troubleshoot any problems along the way. By the end of the day, you’ll feel confident, inspired, and ready to bake for any occasion!
IYou can choose from two friendly relaxed classes with different favourites.
Part One:

A classic light and fluffy vanilla sponge with buttercream

A zingy, moist lemon drizzle loaf

Rich, fudgey chocolate brownies
Part Two:

A decadent chocolate cake with chocoalte buttercream

Classic British scones

A delicate and light lemon Swiss roll
You can choose which class to attend below.
You’ll take home all your bakes (if you can resist eating them first!), along with class notes and recipes so you can recreate everything again and again.
All equipment and ingredients are provided, and our lovely tutors will be on hand throughout to answer questions and cheer you on every step of the way.
