Our Flagship Class
Join us for our ultimate four-day masterclass. A joyful, hands-on experience that will equip you with an incredible range of baking and decorating skills.
Whether you’re completely new to cake decorating or already have some experience and want to take things further, this relaxed and supportive course will give you the confidence and techniques to create stunning cakes, cupcakes, and cookies that look truly professional.
Over four days, you’ll learn how to bake, fill, and decorate tiered cakes, pipe beautiful buttercream swirls, handcraft a statement sugar flower, and design a full dessert table you’ll be proud to show off.
With small class sizes (maximum of 8 students), there’s plenty of individual guidance, time to ask questions, and a lovely atmosphere where everyone gets to know each other. Many of our masterclass students keep in touch long after the course ends — it’s a week filled with creativity, laughter, and new friendships as much as it is with cake.
All equipment and ingredients are provided, and you’ll take home your gorgeous creations — plus detailed notes and recipes to keep learning at home.
