BUTTERCREAM MASTERCLASS

Whether you want to learn how to make delicious American buttercream, silky smooth Swiss meringue buttercream, a semi-naked cake, or a full coverage buttercream cake with a smooth professional finish, then this is the class for you. This class is all about buttercream and you will make a single tier cake with Swiss meringue buttercream, decorated with edible petals, and a two tier semi-naked vanilla cake with American buttercream and real flowers and foliage. 

This class will teach you how to create stunning buttercream celebration cakes, and how to work with real flowers as the perfect decoration. 

 

You will learn the fundamentals of creating buttercream cakes and the difference between buttercream recipes and how to work with them. By the end of the class, you will know how to create a set of tried and tested classic recipes that work every time, be able to tweak recipes to suit your occasion, and be able to confidently create your own beautiful buttercream cakes.
