In this class, you will make a single tier cake (in your choice of flavour) with Swiss meringue buttercream, decorated with edible petals, and a two tier semi-naked vanilla cake with American buttercream and posies of real flowers and foliage. 

This class will teach you how to create stunning celebration cakes, and how to work with real flowers as the perfect decoration. 


You will learn the fundamentals of creating buttercream cakes and the difference between buttercream recipes and how to work with them. By the end of the class, you will know how to create a set of tried and tested classic recipes that work every time, be able to tweak recipes to suit your occasion, and be able to confidently create your own beautiful buttercream celebration cakes.
