This class is focused on one of our most asked about skills - getting a super smooth, neat and professional finish on a buttercream cake. This class is all about baking and decorating fundamentals, and you'll learn to make and decorate a tall elegant cake ideal for any special occasion. This is an ideal class for beginners to buttercream decorating, or those who would like to learn how to improve their buttercream skills. 


You'll also learn how to create the perfect 'drip' around a cake, how to pipe the perfect swirl, and finish the cake off with sprinkles too.

All equipment is provided, and we will be happy to help with any questions at all you may have about cake decorating during the class.  You will also have class notes which include recipes so that you can recreate your cake at home.
