Easter Baking Class
This seasonal spring class will teach you how to make a range of delicious Easter bakes, to take home and share with friends and family. You do not need any baking experience for this class, and it is ideal for beginners or those that would like to expand their range of baking. You will learn the essential skills of baking so that you can apply them to any cake or recipe.
In this class, you will make a classic carrot cake with vanilla flavour buttercream and other decorations, a lemon Swiss roll filled with lemon curd, and a 'customise your own' rocky road with various fillings to choose from including Easter classics like mini eggs.
All equipment is provided, and we will be happy to help with any questions at all you may have about cake baking during the class. You will also have class notes which include each tried and tested cake recipe so that you can recreate your cakes at home.
