Easter Baking Class

Celebrate spring with a joyful day of Easter baking! In this relaxed, hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make a range of delicious seasonal bakes to share with friends and family — no previous baking experience needed.

You’ll bake a soft, spiced carrot cake with vanilla buttercream and decorative touches, a light lemon Swiss roll filled with tangy lemon curd, and a fun “create your own” rocky road packed with your choice of fillings, including Easter favourites like chocolate eggs.

This is a relaxed and friendly class, full of helpful guidance and easy-to-follow techniques that build your confidence for any future baking project.

All equipment and ingredients are provided, and you’ll take home your beautifully baked creations — plus class notes and recipes so you can enjoy recreating them at home.
