A festive class in which you will bake and decorate this fun centrepiece for your Christmas table. 


You will earn to make coloured meringue kisses, a range of fondant decorations including snowballs, stars, snowflakes and holly leaves. We will teach you to carve your cake shape, make the perfect buttercream and use different nozzles to pipe different effects. Then a chance to go mad with the sprinkles, gold leaf and edible glitter!


No experience necessary, this class is perfect for beginners to baking or cake decorating. 

All equipment is provided, and we will be happy to help with any questions at all you may have about cake decorating during the class.  You will also have class notes which include recipes so that you can recreate your cake at home.

  • Make smooth buttercream and pipe it perfectly

  • Cut your cake to form a shape, and split, fill and layer it

  • Work confidently with meringue

  • Create beautiful decorations using sugarpaste

  • Add embellishments and work with edible paint and metallics

  • Troubleshoot common problems
