FLORAL BUTTERCREAM CLASS

This class will teach you how to make a stunning floral cake, ideal for any celebration.

 

You'll bake your own cakes and learn how to make luxurious Swiss meringue buttercream. You'll also learn essential buttercream skills, including how to get a smooth finish and how to get your buttercream as pale/white as possible. You'll then decorate the cake with a selection of seasonal edible pressed flowers and foliage.

 

This is an ideal class for beginners to buttercream decorating, or those who would like to learn how to make Swiss meringue buttercream and decorate with it.

All equipment is provided, and we will be happy to help with any questions at all you may have about cake decorating during the class.  You will also have class notes which include recipes so that you can recreate your cake at home.
