This class is all about the art of chocolate ganache, and will teach you how to create stunning ganache celebration cakes.

You will make a single tier vanilla cake, covered with white chocolate ganache in a textured finish, and decorated with piped ganache and sprinkles. You'll also make a two tier chocolate cake with smooth dark chocolate, and sharp edges. This will be decorated with fresh seasonal fruit and gold or silver leaf. You'll bake all of your own cakes and make your own ganache. 

This class will teach you the fundamentals of creating ganache cakes, including understanding the difference between dark and white chocolate ganache recipes and how to work with them. 

This class is ideal for those who are new to ganache, but who have baked before. By the end of the class, you will know how to create a set of tried and tested classic recipes that work every time, be able to tweak recipes to suit your occasion, and be able to confidently create your own beautiful ganache cakes.
