OMBRE CAKE CLASS

Learn how to decorate your own show-stopping ombre buttercream cake in this fun, confidence-building class!

Perfect for all levels, this workshop is packed with practical techniques and creative inspiration.

 

You’ll level and fill your sponge, master smooth buttercream finishes, and blend beautiful colours to create that signature ombre effect.

We’ll also teach you how to pipe decorative details, bake delicate meringue kisses, and add the perfect final touches with your own sprinkle selection from our Pick and Mix Sprinkle Bar!

By the end of the class, you’ll have a stunning cake to take home, plus all the skills (and confidence!) to recreate it again and again. Full class notes are provided including all recipes. 

All equipment is provided, and our friendly tutors are on hand to help every step of the way. We take care of the baking for you with our signature The  Cake College Vanilla Sponge, so that you can focus entirely on the buttercream skills.
