RAINBOW DRIP CAKE CLASS
This Rainbow Drip Cake Class will teach you how to make this beautiful cake, in the colour scheme of your choice. You will learn lots of new techniques, including how to create coloured buttercream stripes, the perfect drip and simple rainbow/cloud decorations.

All equipment is provided (including delicious cakes for you to decorate), and we will be happy to help with any questions at all you may have about cake decorating during the class. You will also have class notes which include a cake recipe so that you can recreate your cake at home.
UPCOMING CLASSES
During this class you will learn how to:

split and level your sponge cake

cover and crumbcoat your cake with buttercream

create beautiful multi-coloured stripes in buttercream

hand pipe a drip effect

use sprinkles to add more colour

create various themed decorations to put on your cake; and

​finish the cake off so that it looks more professional, including covering your drum in sugar paste and putting ribbon on it
