Service Description
In this session, you’ll make your own American buttercream before using it to fill and ice a pre-prepared 6” sponge cake. You’ll learn how to achieve smooth sides and clean edges using buttercream, along with tips on consistency, handling and finishing techniques. This class is perfect if you’d like to master a neat, polished buttercream finish without fondant. You’ll take your iced cake home ready to decorate further with additional details or toppers if you wish.
