Service Description
In this class, you’ll learn how to fill and ganache a pre-prepared 6” sponge cake to achieve beautifully smooth sides and sharp edges - the foundation of a professional-looking cake. Once your cake is perfectly prepared, you’ll learn how to panel-cover it with fondant, creating crisp edges and a flawless finish. You’ll take your covered cake home ready to decorate further with your own chosen designs or toppers. This class is ideal if you want to improve structure, sharpness and overall finish.
