Service Description

This session introduces you to the art of royal icing piping, using pre-prepared icing so you can focus fully on technique. You’ll learn a range of traditional royal icing skills including shells, stringwork, swags and flowers, as well as how to use tools such as a press ice for added detail. You’ll practise piping both on a flat surface and on a cake dummy to build confidence and control. We’ll also discuss royal icing consistency, uses and common problems, with plenty of time for questions throughout the session.
