A lovely festive class, which will teach you to make a delicious spiced sponge cake, and Swiss meringue buttercream too. 


You can choose whether you would like your cake to have a smooth or rustic finish (the latter becoming more and more popular). You'll finish it off by making some pretty metallic decorations and crystallising cranberries and rosemary.


This class is ideal for beginners, and no experience is necessary.  

By the end of the day you will have confidence in basic baking fundamentals and  be able to confidently make Swiss meringue buttercream.

All equipment is provided, and we will be happy to help with any questions at all you may have about cake decorating during the class.  You will also have class notes which include recipes so that you can recreate your cake at home.
