Tall Buttercream Cake Class

A fun class learning this popular trend using dried flowers, super tall tiers, smooth buttercream and buttercream ‘painting’ techniques, as well as other embellishments. Perfect for birthdays or other celebrations. We will cover everything from baking the perfect sponge, through to achieving a flawless finish. A class full of baking, buttercream and prettiness, ideal for beginners!

 

By the end of the day you will have confidence in basic baking fundamentals, be able to confidently fill and cover a double barrelled buttercream cake, be able to work with buttercream and colours to create texture and pattern, and be able to arrange dried flowers safely on your cake.​
