VINTAGE CAKE CLASS
A fun class learning the popular 'Lambeth cake' trend, an ornate style of cake decorating using over-piping techniques. In this class you'll make your own perfectly smooth buttercream and learn to pipe roses, ruffles, garlands, shells and more.
By the end of the day you will be able to confidently fill and cover a tall buttercream cake, be able to work with buttercream and colours, and have advanced your piping techniques.​

All equipment is provided, including delicious vanilla cakes ready for you to decorate, and we will be happy to help with any questions at all you may have about cake baking during the class. This class is aimed at those with some prior piping experience.
