CORE SKILLS CLASSES

This collection of short, focused classes is designed to help you learn or refine one specific cake decorating skill at a time.

​

Each session concentrates on a single technique, making them ideal for complete beginners as well as confident bakers and decorators who’d like a little extra support in a particular area.

​

All Core Skills classes run within the same week, and you’re very welcome to book just one or combine several. Many students choose to attend more than one session to build their skills gradually and gain confidence across a range of techniques. If you like the look of both classes on one day, please do spend the day with us, breaking for lunch in between.
