In this fun and confidence-building class, you’ll bake, decorate, and arrange your own stunning cupcake bouquet, perfect as a gift for someone special on Mother's Day or as a showstopping centrepiece for any occasion.
We’ll go back to baking basics, ensuring you can create light, even cupcakes every time while learning how to avoid common baking pitfalls.
You’ll make smooth, delicious buttercream, colour it in your chosen palette, and master a variety of floral piping techniques from elegant rosettes to tulips and leaves.
Finally, you’ll learn how to assemble and wrap your cupcakes into a professional looking bouquet that’s almost too pretty to eat.
You’ll leave the class with your finished bouquet, full class notes, and a wonderful new set of decorating skills to use again and again.
