Working with a fresh palette of sunshine yellows, soft lilacs and leafy greens, you’ll decorate seven large cupcakes and six miniature cupcakes with a collection of delicate buttercream flowers, including roses, daffodils and hydrangeas.

You’ll then arrange your flowers onto a presentation board, adding piped stems, leaves and floral details to bring the whole bouquet together. The result is a thoughtful handmade gift that’s every bit as lovely to eat as it is to receive.

Our expert tutor, Sarah, will guide you through each design step by step, sharing the techniques that give your flowers their shape, texture and detail. With time to practise and plenty of guidance along the way, you’ll build your confidence as your bouquet takes shape.

Whether you’re making a gift for a mum, grandmother or another loved one (or simply treating yourself to a creative day) this is a lovely way to celebrate Mother’s Day.

All cupcakes will be baked ready for you, leaving you free to focus on the decorating. Ingredients and equipment are provided, and you’ll take home your complete cupcake bouquet, along with the piping nozzles used in class so you can continue practising at home.
