OVER THE RAINBOW CAKE CLASS
Back by very popular demand! Our Over The Rainbow Cake Class is making a long-awaited return for the first time since early 2024 for one date only!
This fun, feel-good class will guide you step by step through creating this beautiful rainbow drip cake, in a colour scheme of your choice.
You’ll learn a range of techniques, including how to create smooth, even buttercream stripes, achieve a neat (not scary!) drip, and model a sweet rainbow and cloud decorations. Everything is broken down into easy-to-follow stages, with plenty of guidance along the way - and just a little touch of cake magic.
All equipment is provided — including delicious cakes ready for decorating — so you can relax and enjoy the process. There’s lots of opportunity to ask questions of our lovely team and pick up extra tips as you go, and you’ll also receive class notes, complete with a cake recipe, so you can recreate your Over the Rainbow creation at home.
