Service Description

In this class, you’ll make your own Swiss meringue buttercream before learning how to pipe a range of classic buttercream designs onto a cake dummy. You’ll practise essential piping techniques including cupcake-style swirls and rosettes, as well as decorative finishes such as swags, stringwork and ruffles. Along the way, you’ll gain a clear understanding of buttercream consistency - how to adjust it, troubleshoot common issues, and achieve clean, confident results. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions, and you’ll leave with our Swiss meringue buttercream recipe so you can recreate everything at home.
