TEEN CAKE DECORATING

Ages 12–17 | Three hours

Your cake, your colours, your finishing touches! Spend three creative hours learning to build and decorate your own cake, complete with buttercream piping, cherries, ribbons and plenty of sprinkles.

Clare and the team will guide you through filling, stacking and icing your sponge layers, before you get practising with piping bags and nozzles. Then visit our Pick ’n’ Mix Sprinkle Bar to create your own bespoke sprinkle mix and bring your design to life.

Go pastel, bright or somewhere in between. Come with a friend or join us on your own. You’ll have your own cake to work on, plenty of help along the way and a delicious creation to take home and show off.

We’ll have the sponge baked and the buttercream ready, so you can get straight to the decorating. No experience needed, just come ready to have a go!

For ages 12–17. This is a drop-off class, so parents don’t need to stay.

KIND WORDS

"Quite apart from amassing a large number of yummy cakes, I came home last night feeling very uplifted by the whole experience. Not just the baking, finger-licking and your joyful way of guiding us, but also the camaraderie amongst all the other students. It was very supportive. Thank you."
